WHAT IS IMMERSE?
Immerse was founded in the 2023 after several of the staff & members of the Church at Rock Creek sensed a great need to further educate and equip everyday believers to help empower them in the discipleship process. From that desire to see believers grow and repeat the process with others, Immerse was birthed.
Immerse is a multi-faceted Discipleship program that is made up of two strategic components. The Immerse Discipleship Institute is a 9-month class-based program that focuses on equipping disciples who will become effective and productive disciple makers in the routines of daily life. The Immerse Ministry Residency is a year-long program that seeks to provide a broad, whole-church overview of Christian ministry that will better prepare a resident to move into a full-time vocational ministry position.
This program is designed for young adults who sense a calling to ministry and are looking to gain valuable ministry experience serving in various ministry roles in a real-world church setting. Each resident will serve in a year long program under a ministry mentor where they'll get hands-on experience in a variety of ministry roles.
